s hotel but this is not that much good. Negative points for Ocean Pearl- I was in deluxe room, room and washroom were dirty and smelly. Blankets not clean. Positive points for Ocean Pearl- Outside area & beach side property. May be there other room would clean but not deluxe rooms. If I give rating to all hotels so this will be the sequence: Ariees Grand- 5/5 (Very good and beyond my expectations) Aquays Neil- 5/5 TGS DineIn- 5/5 (staff was very good) Ocean pearl beach resort- 2/5 (Only for Outside area and beach view) Important points- 1. There was a complimentary Snorkeling in my Itenary but everyone on the ground insisting me to take 1200 plan which includes photo and video and they claim that it will be your best experience in everything like scuba & Sea walk. I tried all and really it was a very good experience in term of visibility of corals and fishes. But other activities like scuba & Sea walk their own experience. But In term of visibility go for Snorkeling for sure. 2nd place I give to Scuba and 3rd for sea walk. They told you that sea walk happen only in Andaman so take this experience and it cost was 3800 per person in which they give only 15 min including 1 video and 15 photos (we are 2 persons). So it's totally upon you. 2. I plan my trip from 18 Jan to 25 Jan (8 days) My Ross and North bay trip scheduled on 24th Jan and I got to know that it was closed due to republic day. I was not aware about this until I was in boat. When I was in boat, I got to know that it is closed and they take us to "Viper Island (Women's jail)" but that was in very bad condition they only want to waste time than we go North bay. I talked with team and they are also not aware about this situation. In last day my driver told me that Havelock will also closed on 26 and may be on 27 Jan. So requesting to the team to verify this details and mention in your Itenary so everyone should know about this and plan accordingly. ot. The stay in that hotel was for 2 days. For those days no hot water was provided. The hotel name is Island Pride. -> The worse part was happened in Neil Island. There was proper coordination between people of great andaman. we reached havelock on 2nd day morning 10.30 am. There the co-ordinators told that 2nd day Havelock will be covered and 3rd day the ferry to Neil would be at 2.30 PM. Which was ok. -> We got into ferry to Neil at 2.30 PM and reached at around 4 PM. Here, even the tour coordinator didn't come to pick us. Instead other guy came and told us that there is one point to see "The natural bridge" and then he told the next dau morning ferry is at 8.30 PM which was surprising. No time was provided to see Neil Island. 3 rd day at neil I have spent almost 1.5 hr with all the tour coordinates and no proper response from the people. I had to call multiple times. They told that the Govt ferry which was in the afternoon was cancelled on the 4th day so had to rush in the morning. On the whole we have just seen the natural bridge and after quarreling with people then the Scuba diving is planned in the morning 6 am. Actually speaking we were not satisfied with the Neil Island Trip. Even the head tour coordinators were least bothered how we spent in the Neil. We ourselves have to contact them and had to give feedback. They just told that I was not reachable. But instead have all the drivers numbers, withing of the sources they can contact us. Finally, the Neil Island has created improper impression due to lack of coordination between the coordinators. This had impact on the entire trip feedback. So much money we spend to cover all the points. To our surprise we just spent couple of hours in Neil. Instead if that was removed from our itenary we would have saved both money and time. Am writing this review for all the travellers. Please have check of the complete plan we they give along with the timings before starting at Port Blair in order avoid confusion which will lead in either missing the view points or will lead us to hurry. It has to like a relaxed trip rather than hurry bury trip. I would like to suggest the Great Andaman people also, to plan the trip properly and explain the tour trip along with timings the first day itself. One more important thing is that , you need to talk to customers if they are comfortable or not, which not happening. Instead, they are shouting at customers which is ruthless. Though the 3 days went well, the Neil Island trip made us to forget that 3 days trip also. Atleast now take initiate so that the customers wont face such issue.
